18×24 blueprint printing — $1.25 per sheet
We print 18″ × 24″ (ARCH C) plans and permit sets and ship them the same day when you order before 12:00 PM Eastern on a business day. Black-and-white on 20# bond is $1.25 per sheet; color line work is $4.00 per sheet and heavy-coverage color (renderings, colored elevations, filled site plans — ink on 12%+ of the sheet, or any rendering or photo about 3 × 3 in or larger) is $6.50 per sheet, detected page by page after upload. B&W heavy coverage is $2.50 per sheet for grey-scale ink on 15%+ of the sheet — a rendering, photo or shaded presentation board; line-work plan, detail and notes sheets stay at $1.25. UPS Ground is $15 flat and free over $100, and 10% comes off automatically at 25+ sheets of the same size. No account, no minimum order, and no setup, file or rush fees.
ARCH C is the workhorse size for residential permit submissions. Most building departments accept it for houses, additions and small commercial work, and it costs noticeably less per sheet than ARCH D.

When to use 18×24
- Residential permit sets
- Additions, renovations and small commercial projects
- Small site plans
- Half-size copies of ARCH E drawings
Confirm with the specific construction office before you print — requirements vary by town, and some New Jersey shore municipalities ask for full-size only.
ARCH C is the exact half-size of ARCH E (36″ × 48″), so an ARCH E drawing printed at 50% lands here.

Questions
How much does it cost to print 18x24 plans?
$1.25 per plan sheet in black-and-white on 20# bond ($2.50 for a B&W rendering or photo covering a large part of the sheet), $4.00 in color on line work and $6.50 for color renderings, with 10% off at 25 or more sheets of the same size. Shipping is $15 flat via UPS Ground and free over $100.
Is 18x24 big enough for a permit set?
For most residential and small commercial submissions, yes — the majority of building departments accept ARCH C. Larger commercial projects usually need ARCH D (24″ × 36″). Because requirements vary by municipality, check with the reviewing office first; reprinting a rejected set costs more than the phone call.
What is ARCH C?
ARCH C is the architectural sheet size measuring 18 inches by 24 inches — exactly half of ARCH E and double ARCH A. It sits between the 11″ × 17″ half-size sheet and the full-size 24″ × 36″ ARCH D.
