One promise: order by noon Eastern on a business day, and your prints leave our Cape May County, NJ facility that same day via UPS.
The cutoff, exactly
- Before 12:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday: ships the same day.
- After 12:00 PM ET: ships the next business day.
- Saturday, Sunday, U.S. federal holidays: no production or shipping. A Friday 2 PM order ships Monday.
- "Order placed" means payment completed and all files uploaded. Aim for 11:30 to be safe.
The announcement bar at the top of every page shows a live countdown to the next cutoff.

Transit times are UPS's published estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume, and incorrect addresses can add a day. If a deadline is critical, choose Next Day Air.
How we pack
- Large format (ARCH C/D/E, 30×42), unfolded: rolled and shipped in a heavy-wall tube with end caps. Sheets arrive flat after a few minutes unrolled.
- Folded sets: accordion-folded to 8.5 × 11 with the title block showing, stacked in a rigid box.
- Letter / ledger spec books: boxed flat, bound as ordered.
- Multiple sets: each set banded separately and labeled, so you can hand them out without sorting.
Job-site and multi-address delivery
Single address: enter the job site, building department, or sub's office on the Stripe checkout screen. Any U.S. address.
Multiple addresses: on the order page choose Multiple addresses (distribution), add each recipient, and set how many complete sets go to each. Typical bid distribution: one set per bidder plus one to the office. Pricing is the normal rate for the first address plus $15 per additional address on Ground ($45 each on Next Day Air). Every address gets its own UPS tracking number and a packing slip listing exactly what's in that box. Up to 20 addresses per order; beyond that, request a quote.
No one at the site to sign? UPS can hold at a nearby Access Point (CVS, Michaels, Advance Auto) for pickup. Put it in that address's note field.
Tracking
You'll get an email with the UPS tracking number the moment the order is scanned. You can also look it up any time at Track an order using your order number and email — no login needed.
Late, lost, or damaged
- Late: if UPS misses its estimate, tell us — we'll open a trace and, for deadline jobs, reprint and overnight a replacement at our discretion.
- Damaged: email a photo within 7 days. Our error or carrier damage → free reprint and reship, or full refund. Your call.
- Wrong address: if the address you entered was incorrect, we'll reship at cost of shipping only.
Holiday schedule
Closed and not shipping on: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. We ship the business day before and after each. UPS may add transit days around holidays.
