Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ecblueprints.com (the "Site") and the printing, finishing, and shipping services provided by East Coast Blueprints ("ECBlueprints", "we", "us", or "our"), a family-owned printing operation based in Cape May County, New Jersey. By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter binding contracts.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout applies. We may decline or cancel any order (fraud, unprintable file, impossible specs, prohibited content); if canceled after payment we refund in full. Volume pricing of 10% applies to 25+ sheets of the same size.
3. Turnaround and shipping
Orders placed with all required files before 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time on a business day ship the same business day via UPS. Orders after noon ET, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day. Shipping is UPS Ground unless you select expedited. Next-business-day delivery via UPS Ground applies to NJ, NY, PA, DE, and most of MD; other regions are typically 2–3 business days. Transit time is not guaranteed; we are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses. Flat-rate shipping is $15; orders over $100 ship free via UPS Ground.
4. Files and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of files you upload (content, scale, orientation, color, bleed). We print exactly what you upload and do not correct or interpret files unless you request and pay for file prep. You represent that you have the right to print all content submitted and agree to indemnify ECBlueprints against infringement claims. We treat your files as confidential per our Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited content
You may not submit content that infringes IP rights, is defamatory, sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or illegal activity, reproduces currency or identity documents, or is otherwise prohibited by law. We may refuse any such job.
6. Reprints, refunds, and guarantee
We guarantee print quality at the specifications ordered. If a print is defective due to our error, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint and reship at no charge or issue a full refund, your choice. We do not refund for errors in your source file, personal preference once the order matches specs, carrier delays, or refused/returned shipments.
7. Cancellations
Cancel for a full refund any time before production begins (typically within 1 hour of order placement during business hours). Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled.
8. Payment
Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe at the time you place your order.
9. Account responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access.
10. Intellectual property of the Site
The Site, name, logo, designs, copy, and software are owned by East Coast Blueprints and protected by U.S. law. No copying or derivative works without written permission.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
EXCEPT FOR THE PRINT-QUALITY GUARANTEE IN SECTION 6, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THAT ORDER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR MISSED PERMIT DEADLINES.
13. Governing law
New Jersey law governs; disputes are resolved in the courts of Cape May County, New Jersey.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
