How do you count sheets?
By pages in your PDF. A 50-page PDF is 50 sheets. If you order 8 copies of a 50-page set, that is 400 sheets, and the volume discount applies to the whole line.
Does the volume discount stack across sizes?
No — it applies per size. 25+ sheets of ARCH D gets the discount on the ARCH D line. A handful of 11×17 sheets on the same order would be priced separately.
What does finishing add?
Collating and banding complete sets is included. Accordion folding to 8.5×11 and half folding are priced per sheet; stapling is per set; 3-hole punch and coil binding are priced at checkout so you see the effect before paying.
What about color sheets mixed into a B&W set?
Keep them on one line: upload the whole set as one PDF and choose "Color only where it appears." Every page is scanned, the color pages bill at the color rate and the rest at B&W, and the whole set counts toward the volume discount. Color line work on ARCH D is $4.75 per sheet; renderings and other color heavy-coverage pages are $8.95. A black-and-white page with a rendering or photo covering a large part of the sheet bills the B&W heavy rate, $3.95, instead of $2.00; line-work plan sheets stay at $2.00.
Is there a cheaper way to do field copies?
Yes — print half-size. ARCH B (12″ × 18″) is the true half-size of ARCH D at $0.75 per sheet, about a third of full size. Full-size for the permit desk and the superintendent, half-size for everyone else, one invoice.
