East Coast Blueprints ("ECBlueprints", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website ecblueprints.com (the "Site") from Cape May County, New Jersey. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly. Name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and any notes you include with an order or quote request.
Files you upload. PDFs of drawings, construction documents, and specifications submitted for printing. These are treated as confidential and accessible only to personnel needed to fulfill your order.
Payment information. Card details are processed by Stripe. ECBlueprints does not store your full card number.
Account information. If you create an account, we store your login credentials (password hashed), order history, and saved files for reorder.
Automatically collected information. IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL — via standard analytics and server logs.
Cookies. Session cookies (to keep you logged in), analytics cookies, and functional cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; parts of the Site may stop working.
2. How we use your information
- Fulfill your printing and shipping orders
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and reorder reminders
- Respond to quote requests, support questions, and other inquiries
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Improve the Site, our pricing, and our service
- Send occasional marketing emails (unsubscribe any time)
- Comply with applicable law and lawful requests from authorities
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share only with: shipping carriers (UPS) to deliver your order; payment processors (Stripe); hosting, storage, and email providers that operate the Site (Netlify, Supabase, Uploadcare, Resend); production staff at our New Jersey facility who fulfill your order; and law enforcement or government authorities if required by law.
4. File confidentiality
Drawings and specifications often contain confidential information. We treat all uploaded files as confidential. Files are stored on access-controlled servers, used only for fulfillment, and removed from active systems after 90 days unless you have an account that requests file storage for reorder. If your firm requires a written NDA before sending files, email info@ecblueprints.com and we will send one.
5. Your rights and choices
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, opt out of marketing emails, or disable cookies. Email info@ecblueprints.com; we respond within 30 days. California residents have rights under the CCPA including the right to know and delete; we do not sell personal information. EU residents have GDPR rights including data portability.
6. Data security
SSL/TLS encryption in transit, password hashing, and access controls on internal systems. No method of transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
