What we handle
Full construction document sets or the jurisdiction's required subset — architectural, structural, MEP, civil, energy compliance. ARCH C for most residential, ARCH D for the majority of work, ARCH E for larger commercial floor plates.

- Accordion fold to 8.5 × 11 with the sheet number out, banded in index order, ready for the counter or the file
- Digital seals print as-is; for wet-stamp jurisdictions we ship to the design professional first
- One extra set for the jobsite — most firms add it; it's the set that saves a trip later
Typical workflow
Drawings finish → PDF exported at 1:1 → uploaded by noon ET → printed and folded → on the UPS truck that afternoon → on the architect's desk next business morning across NJ, NY, PA, DE, and most of MD → stamped → submitted. For a Friday submission, order Wednesday and there's a full day for the stamp.
Jurisdiction notes
New Jersey (UCC): municipally administered; two hard copies plus PDF is common, three in some shore towns. Flood-zone submissions add sheets. NJ page →
New York City: DOB NOW is digital-first, but hard copies are required on-site and for certain filings; LPC has its own format rules. NY page →

Frequently asked questions
Can you stamp the drawings for us?
No — seals are applied by the licensed design professional. Digital seals on the PDF print as-is. For wet stamps, we ship the unstamped (or digitally sealed) sets to the architect or engineer, who stamps and submits.
Do you know how many copies my town needs?
We know the common patterns (see the jurisdiction notes above) but not every office's current rule. Tell us the count; if you're unsure, call the construction official and we'll print whatever they say — plus one for the site.
Folded or rolled for a permit submission?
Folded to 8.5 × 11 with the title block out is what most counters prefer for hand-carried submissions. Some want flat or rolled — ask. If they don't say, folded.
How fast can I get a permit set?
Order by noon ET, it ships the same day. Next business morning to NJ, NY, PA, DE, and most of MD via UPS Ground. Overnight anywhere via UPS Next Day Air.
