Large-format scanning & archiving
Turn paper, vellum, mylar, or blueline originals into clean PDFs. We scan up to 36″ wide at 300–600 dpi, deskew, crop to the sheet, and deliver a single multi-page PDF (or one file per sheet) named to your sheet index. Common jobs: as-built archives when a building changes hands, digitizing a firm's flat-file cabinet, converting a 1980s set so it can be overlaid in CAD.
- B&W scans of linework originals; grayscale or color for renderings, aerials, and marked-up sets
- Optional OCR so text on the sheet is searchable
- Originals returned rolled in a tube, or securely shredded on request

Mounting & presentation boards
Color prints mounted on ¼″ or ½″ foam-core, gatorboard, or PVC for planning-board hearings, owner presentations, and lobby displays. Edge-trimmed, optional matte or gloss lamination over the print for handling. Sizes to 36 × 48.
Lamination
Matte or gloss film lamination on plan sheets that live outdoors or get handled constantly — site logistics plans, safety maps, jobsite signage, evacuation plans. 3 mil for indoor, 5–10 mil for weather.
Mylar, vellum & specialty stock
Plots on 4-mil mylar (polyester film) for permanent record drawings and surveys; on vellum for archival or jurisdictions that still require it; on 24#/28# bond or coated stock when a client wants the premium feel. Pricing depends on substrate and size — send us the sheet count.
Enlargements & reductions beyond 50/200%
Online you can print any PDF at 50%, 100%, or 200%. Need a specific percentage — 65% to fit a binder, 141% to go A3→A2 metric, a detail blown up to a poster? Quote it and we'll plot to exact scale.
Set assembly & distribution services
Beyond what checkout handles: inserting cover letters or addenda, custom banding and labeling by trade, packaging multiple sets per box with a manifest, staged shipping to a bid-day deadline, or a standing weekly delivery to a jobsite. Describe the workflow and we'll set it up.

Frequently asked questions
Why aren't these priced online?
Because the same job can cost $40 or $400 depending on condition of originals, substrate, size, and finishing — a fixed online price would be either overpriced for simple jobs or wrong for complex ones. A one-day quote is the honest way to do it.
Can you scan a full flat-file cabinet of old drawings?
Yes — that's a common project. Ship or deliver the drawings, we scan and name the files to your index, and return the originals. Ask for a per-sheet rate for 100+ sheets.
Do you mount color renderings for planning-board hearings?
Yes — foam-core or gatorboard, up to 36 × 48, optional lamination. Allow two business days for mounted boards; they don't ship same-day like plan sets.
Is mylar really necessary for record drawings?
Only for permanent institutional archives (municipal, hospital, university) or where a client's standards require it. For a 5–10-year archive, 20# bond stored flat is fine and a fraction of the cost.
