Do you meet NYC DOB permit set specifications?
Yes — we print ARCH D and ARCH E on 20# bond in the sheet counts typically required for DOB PW-1 and PAA plan reviews. If your job has specific paper or size requirements from DOB instructions, note them in the order and we'll match. Always confirm requirements with your expediter or the DOB before submission.
Can you deliver to a Manhattan job site without a receiving desk?
Yes — UPS delivers to all NYC residential and commercial addresses. If nobody is available to sign, we can hold the shipment at a UPS Access Point (a nearby CVS, Michaels, or Advance Auto Parts) for your foreman to pick up. Note it in the order if you want that by default.
