Can architects send plans directly to a job site?
Yes. One order can ship complete printed sets to up to 20 different addresses — job trailers, subcontractors, bidders, the owner — each with its own tracking number and its own count of sets. You upload the PDF once. The first address ships at the normal rate; each additional address is $15 on UPS Ground. On Next Day Air every address is its own UPS package, priced by its ZIP and weight at the real UPS rate (from $59).

How a bid distribution works here
- Upload the set once. One PDF, however many bidders.
- Choose "multiple addresses" at checkout and enter each ship-to with how many complete sets it gets.
- We print, collate and band every set, then pack and label them per destination.
- Each address gets its own tracking number, emailed to you, so you can tell a bidder exactly where their set is.

Printing is the same per-sheet price whether it goes to one address or twenty — $2.00 a sheet for 24″ × 36″ black-and-white, less 10% at 25+ sheets. A 50-sheet set to eight bidders is 400 sheets, so the discount applies to all of it.
Practical notes from doing this
Full-size for the ones who build, half-size for the ones who read. The superintendent and the permit desk need 24″ × 36″. Most subs are fine with ARCH B half-size at $0.75 a sheet. Mixing them on one order costs less than sending everyone full-size.
Fold for trailers, roll for offices. Accordion-folded to 8.5″ × 11″ with the title block out fits a job-trailer file drawer and survives better than a roll. Sets going to an office are usually better rolled in a tube.
Half-size is for reading, not measuring. A ¼″ = 1′ plan printed at 50% is now ⅛″ = 1′. Anyone scaling off it with a rule will be wrong unless they know — so label it or send full-size to whoever is measuring.

Related questions
Can different addresses get different numbers of sets?
Yes. You set the count per address — three sets to the general contractor, one each to six subs, two to the owner. Each box is packed and labelled for that recipient.
Will the recipient know who sent it?
Yes. Each address gets a packing slip with the project name, the recipient and any note you add for that stop — "leave with the superintendent", "hold at UPS Access Point", gate codes, and so on.
Do job-site deliveries need a phone number?
Add one if you have it. UPS needs a contact for trailers and gated sites, and it is the difference between a delivery and a failed attempt.
Can I add addresses after ordering?
Call (929) 464-5714 before the noon cutoff and we will add them to the same job. After it ships, it becomes a new order.
What if a bidder drops out?
Tell us before noon and we will pull that set. Bid lists change — that is normal and it does not cost you anything to adjust before production.
