Net 30 terms

Version: 2026-10-25

These terms apply when East Coast Blueprints ("we", "us") lets a firm ("you") order now and pay by invoice. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, which cover every order; where the two differ about payment, these terms control. The person who accepts them confirms they are authorized to agree on the firm's behalf.

1. Credit

We decide whether to offer terms, and we set a credit limit — the most your firm may owe on unpaid invoices at one time — and may set a per-order limit. An order that would go over either limit is paid by card instead. We can change or end your terms at any time; anything already ordered is still due on its original terms.

2. Invoices and due date

Each invoiced order is due 30 days after the order date, shown on your order confirmation and on the invoice. The invoice is emailed when the order ships, with a link to pay online. Production never waits for payment.

3. How to pay

Pay online from the invoice link by card or bank transfer, or by check. We charge no fee for any of them. Put the invoice or order number on a check.

4. Past-due invoices

While any invoice is past due, new orders cannot be billed to your account — you can still order and pay by card. We may add a late charge of 1.5% per month (18% a year) on past-due balances, or the highest rate the law allows if that is lower.

5. The card on file

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you save a card with our payment processor, Stripe, before you can bill orders to your account. We never see or store the card number. You authorize us to charge that card for the amount of any invoice that is 15 days or more past due, after we email you at least 3 days beforehand. We charge each past-due invoice once. If the charge is declined, your account goes on hold until the balance is paid. You can replace the card at any time from the Net 30 page, and it is never charged for an invoice paid on time.

6. Questions about an invoice

Tell us about a problem with an invoice within 15 days of receiving it. Print defects are covered by the reprint-or-refund guarantee in our Terms of Service. Any part of an invoice that isn't in question is still due on time.

7. Collection costs

If we have to refer an unpaid balance to a collection agency or attorney, you agree to pay the reasonable costs of collecting it, including attorney's fees and court costs, to the extent the law allows.

8. New Jersey law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state courts located in Cape May County, New Jersey, or the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
