Net 30 for firms
Order now, pay by invoice. We print the same day and invoice you — due in 30 days.
Built for firms that print more than once a month: general contractors, architects, engineers, and municipal accounts. Same $2.00/sheet ARCH D pricing, same volume discounts, same noon-Eastern same-day ship. The only difference is that nobody has to find a card for every order.
How it works
- Apply — two minutes, no credit pull, no bank details.
- We approve — usually the same day, by email.
- Save a backup card — on Stripe's page, once. Only charged if an invoice runs 15 days past due.
- Order normally — the order form gains a “Bill my firm” button and a PO field.
- Pay the invoice — emailed when it ships, with a pay-online link. Card, ACH or check.
Common questions
Who qualifies for Net 30?
Established construction firms, architecture and engineering practices, and municipal or institutional accounts. In practice: if you print more than once or twice a month and have a firm behind you, you qualify. We approve most applications the same day.
Is there a credit check?
No. We do not pull credit or ask for bank details. A firm name, a phone number, two trade references and your acceptance of our Net 30 terms are enough — and if we have already printed for you, your order history is the reference. Once approved, you save a card with Stripe as a backstop. It is only charged if an invoice runs 15 days past due, after an email notice; we never see the card number.
When does production start?
Immediately. An invoiced order goes to the floor exactly like a paid one — order by noon Eastern on a business day and it ships that day. Nothing waits on payment.
How do I pay the invoice?
The invoice is emailed when the order ships, with a link to pay online by card or bank transfer (ACH). Checks work too. It is due 30 days after the order date, and there is no fee for any of them.
Can I put a PO number on the order?
Yes. There is a PO field on the order form once terms are approved, and it prints on both the invoice and the packing slip.
Is there a limit?
Every account has a credit limit — the most it can owe at one time — which we raise as we work together. An order that would go over it just goes on a card that one time; your order never stops because of it.
What happens if an invoice is late?
New orders go on a card until it is paid. At 15 days past due we charge the card on file for that invoice, after emailing you 3 days beforehand. The details are in the Net 30 terms.
Does pricing change on terms?
No. Same per-sheet price, same volume discounts (10% at 25+, 15% at 100+, 20% at 250+ sheets of a size), same $15 flat UPS Ground free over $100. Terms are about how you pay, not what you pay.
