How do I print only the revised sheets of a plan set?

Plan sets get revised three to five times over a project. Reprinting the whole set every time is the single biggest avoidable cost in plan printing; reprinting only the changed sheets is what a good reprographics shop always did for its regulars, and now the comparison does it for anyone.
The comparison reads the sheet number from each title block (A101, E201, C-3) and the content of each page, so a sheet that was renumbered, added or deleted shows up as well as one that was edited. Nothing is uploaded until you decide to order.
Order the revised sheets in the same count as the original distribution and the packing slip lists which sheets are in the box, so the field copies can be slip-sheeted correctly.
