Next-day by Ground is a matter of geography, not a rush service. We print in Cape May County, New Jersey, which is one UPS zone from New Jersey, New York City and Long Island, eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia. A set that leaves here at 4 PM is on a UPS truck in those metros the next morning. Metro by metro: Philadelphia, New York City, Long Island, North Jersey, Central Jersey, Jersey Shore, Lehigh Valley, Harrisburg & Lancaster, Wilmington, Baltimore, Annapolis & Eastern Shore, Westchester & Hudson Valley, Scranton & Wilkes-Barre.
Outside the corridor — Boston, Richmond, the Carolinas — Ground is two to three days and Next Day Air is available to every ZIP at UPS's own rate, shown at checkout before you pay. There is no markup and no "rush fee" on top.
What to upload: one PDF at 24×36 page size, exported at 1:1 (not "fit to page"), fonts embedded. The PDF checker reads the page size and count in your browser without uploading anything and hands you a priced order.
