Where we don't win

A handful of sheets, B&W, with no deadline: Plans4Less's $1.75 sheet is hard to beat if their shipping to you is cheap. A single emergency sheet you can collect in ten minutes: a FedEx Office counter nearby. We would rather say so than lose your trust on the next order.

Related questions

Who is actually cheapest?

Below about 100 sheets, Plans4Less has the lower sheet price and we are close once their shipping is added. From 100 sheets of a size our price drops under theirs, and at 250+ it is $1.60 a sheet delivered free. For color, OrderBlueprints' flat $3.25 is lowest on a fully colored set; we bill color only on pages that contain it, which is usually cheaper on a mixed set.

Why is FedEx Office so much more?

Retail counters price for the counter — rent and staff in every store. FedEx Office publishes no national rate card; about $6.99 a sheet is the commonly quoted figure and it varies by location.

Do any of these charge setup or minimum fees?

We charge none: no setup, file, rush, or minimum-order fee. Plans4Less advertises none either. Some smaller shops add a set-up fee under a minimum order — read the checkout total, not the sheet rate.

How fast does each one ship?

We print the same day for orders by noon Eastern and deliver next business day by UPS Ground from New York to DC and Northern Virginia. Plans4Less and Azul also ship same day with earlier cutoffs; OrderBlueprints has a 4 PM Eastern cutoff. Transit depends on where each ships from.
