Related questions
Is next-day guaranteed?
UPS Ground transit times are UPS's published estimates, not a money-back guarantee — weather and carrier disruptions happen. When a date genuinely cannot slip, choose UPS Next Day Air, which carries UPS's own delivery commitment.
What counts as "order by noon"?
Payment completed and all files uploaded by 12:00 PM Eastern on a business day. After noon, it ships the next business day. We produce Monday to Friday and are closed on the six major U.S. holidays.
Can one order go to several cities on the corridor?
Yes. A single order can ship complete sets to up to 20 addresses — a GC in Philadelphia, an owner in Baltimore, a consultant in New York — each with its own tracking number. The first address is $15 or free over $100; each extra address is $15 on Ground.
Is the price different by city?
No. One price list everywhere we ship, and no zone surcharges.
