How do I print bid sets and send one to each contractor?
Upload the bid set once, choose how many complete copies, and enter each bidder as a separate ship-to address at checkout — up to 20 on one order. Every bidder gets a collated, stapled set in its own box with its own tracking number and packing slip. First address ships at the normal rate; each additional is $15 on UPS Ground.

The volume discount counts all the copies: eight bidders × 50 sheets is 400 sheets on one line, which earns the top tier on every sheet. That is the arithmetic that makes one order to eight addresses cheaper than eight orders.
Add the spec book or project manual to the same order (Letter, coil bound, $3.99 a book) and it ships in the same box as the drawings, so no bidder is missing Division 1 on bid day.
Addenda and revised sheets: upload the old and new PDFs at print revised sheets and we identify exactly which sheets changed, so every bidder gets the eight revised sheets instead of a new 50-sheet set.
